1. Scope

Helikor AI provides media and software services: videos, decks, design assets, websites/landing pages, bots, automation and AI integrations.

2. Process & acceptance

• Stages: brief → concept → production → final delivery.
• Acceptance criteria and formats are defined in the quote/spec.
• Revisions (count/scope) are defined in the quote/contract.

3. Pricing & payment

• Pricing is based on scope and deadlines and is confirmed in the quote.
• Payments are made by invoice (RUB/CNY) with closing documents.
• EDI via Diadoc is available: 2BM-1327026016-132701001-201601200543248608729.

4. Rights & source files

• IP transfer and list of source files are agreed and fixed in the contract.
• Sources (PPTX/Figma/code/media) are delivered as agreed.

5. Warranty & support

Post‑release defect fixes and support model (project/retainer) are defined in the quote and contract.

6. Confidentiality

NDA upon request. AI usage and data handling are agreed separately; sensitive data can be processed in a closed environment.
